Definitely prefer the alpine flavor, but both are great and high quality. The pouches seal well which was a surprise. I’m still going to transfer to an airtight glass container (make a cute one please!) but not in as much of a rush as I expected.

These matches are flavourful having a deep rich taste that is not overpowering. I like mixing mine with soy or almond milk. Honey is not needed as these matchas are not bitter! I’ve come to prefer matcha over coffee for my mid morning drink; it’s not only soothing but healthy too.
